Ce samedi avait lieu le « Day of Honour » a Budapest.
Un des événements néo-nazi les plus importants en Europe. Plusieurs organisations fascistes internationales étaient présentes pour commémorer l’action militaire de soldats SS et hongrois durant la seconde guerre mondiale.
Parmi elles, les plus dangereuses comme le « Blood and Honour » mais aussi d’obscurs groupuscules fascistes comme le FDF venu de France. Étaient aussi présents des membres du PNF comme Pierre-Marie Bonneau, avocat à Toulouse.
Environ 500 néo-nazis se sont rassemblés en tenue militaire SS, boneheads, hooligans etc… Une bien belle concentration d’abrutis.
Au programme, comme chaque année, rassemblement avec cérémonie militaire. Puis une marche de 60 km dans les bois retraçant le parcours de l’armée nazie. Pour les moins sportifs, un concert de RAC était aussi organisé à Budapest le soir même.
Cette année, cependant, cet événement a rencontré une forte mobilisation du côté des antifascistes locaux et internationaux, ainsi que du côté de la communauté gitane.
AntifaInfo Budapest-Hun et Autonómia, qui a seulement 1 an et demi d’existence a réussi le pari de mettre en lumière cet événement habituellement passé sous silence par les médias (préférant traiter du « danger de l’immigration ») et a rassemblé au delà des frontières hongroises, plusieurs internationaux ayant répondu présents a l’appel.
Au final, environ 500 personnes se sont rassemblées pour montrer leur détermination à ne pas laisser de place au fascisme. Évidemment les 2 rassemblements étaient séparés par un cordon policier entourant la manifestation néo-nazie, empêchant la contre manifestation de s’approcher trop près. La rencontre entre les 2 promettant d’être explosive.
Habituellement les néo-nazis hongrois rencontrent peu de résistance étant majoritaires dans un pays d’extrême droite. Certains se sont même sentis de tenter une percée dans la ligne antifa et ont vite rebroussé chemin sous les insultes et les coups, préférant se cacher derrière la police.
L’an prochain, il est fort a parier que les fascistes répéteront leur spectacle absurde dont la seule constante reste la haine, la falsification de l’histoire et la bêtise sans fin.
C’est pourquoi nous invitons à soutenir les camarades hongrois.es et à organiser la solidarité internationale pour que la prochaine édition soit, pour les fascistes, le « Day of dishonor ».

The “Day of honor” – one of the biggest neo-nazi event in Europe – took place in Budapest this saturday.
Several international groups were here to commemorate the military action of SS and hungarian soldiers during the WWII.
Among those organisations, there are some notoriously dangerous ones like « Blood and honour » but also minor ones like the French « FDF”. People from PNF (French Nationalist party) was here as well like Pierre-Marie Bonneau, lawyer from Toulouse.
Almost 500 neo-nazis have gathered of all kind. Nazis in SS military uniforms, hooligans and boneheads… Unbelievable concentration of dickheads.
Their plan, as every year, was a military ceremony and then a 60km hike in the woods following the Nazi army’s path. For the less athletic ones a RAC concert have been organised as well for this night.
This year the nazi event faced up a strong mobilisation from local antifascists and international comrades, together with the gipsy community.
AntifaInfo Budapest-Hun and Autonómia was founded less than 2 years ago, achieved a big success putting the light on this fascist event – usually absent from mainstream medias (who prefer to talk about the « Refugee threat ») – and attracting people beyond the borders of Hungary.
Indeed some international antifas were here to support the local group and stand up against the nazis. At the end there were more than 500 protesters showing their determination not to give any place to fascism.
Obviously the 2 demonstrations were separated with police barricades to prevent the antifa/gipsy protest from getting too close to the nazi event as confrontation between the two parties would’ve surely ended in violence.
Usually hungarians fascists do not face any resistance, being the majority in a far-right country. This day some nazi guys even tried to cross the police line to meet some antifascist protesters, but they quickly escaped back to their friends behind the police line as they were being insulted and slapped by Antifascists.
We are sure that next year the hungarian fascist will repeat this amazing history changer show again.
That’s why we actively invite you to support hungarian antifascists and organize international solidarity so the next year will be the « day of dishonor » for fascists.
